Functional Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be expected to follow the project lifecycle from inception to completion using standard project lifecycle practices. He will be provided with guidance and support by the Head of Programme.

Education/Experience/Language requirements

Advanced University Degree (Master's or equivalent) in Project Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Political/Security/Development Studies, or other relevant discipline is required.

First level University Degree (bachelor’s or equivalent) in Project Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Political/Security/Development Studies, or other relevant discipline in combination with 2 additional years of relevant professional experience, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

At least five years of progressive experience in project development and management, with focus on monitoring, reporting, development and coordination in either public or private sector organizations is required.

At least 2 years experience in managing transactional services in the area of public procurement is required
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
