Your Role

You will be joining our Value Chain Development Program to support our team and your tasks will include the following:

  • Event Management:
    • Coordinate and manage VCD events, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Engage with key accounts and provide follow-up support.
  • Internal Procedure Management:
    • Interact with legal, HR, and procurement teams to ensure a smooth procedural workflow for VCD work support.
  • Project Coordination and Support:
    • Provide support for project management and VCD initiatives.
    • Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive task deliverables.
  • Maintenance of VCD Shared Folders:
    • Organize and maintain shared folders related to Value Chain Development.
  • Meeting Management:
    • Assist in organizing team meetings, including taking notes, follow-up communications, and reminders.
    • Follow up on action items arising from meetings.
  • Coordination with Social Media/Comm Team:
    • Collaborate with the Social Media/Communication team on content publishing.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Monitor and follow up on project tasks.
  • Other Internal Paperwork and Administration Support:
    • Provide assistance with various internal paperwork and administrative tasks as needed.

 

Your Profile:

  • You are currently enrolled at university in the Bonn or Cologne area.
  • You are eligible to work in Germany.
  • Study Background: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • Service-oriented problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and experience communicating with international stakeholders by email or call would be advantageous.
  • Experience in market development is a plus.
  • Ideally you have experience in working with international organizations and on international project teams.
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office, e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Outlook.
  • You are business fluent in English.
  • You are committed to FSC mission and values.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Start date: As soon as possible, ideally 15 March 2024.
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week (ideally across 3- 5 days per week).
  • Contract Duration: We offer either six-month contract or twelve-month contract, depending on the study situation. Additionally, there is a possibility of extending the contract beyond this period.
  • Remuneration: 14€ gross per hour.
  • Location: FSC office Bonn, Germany.
