• Impart training on the subject, adopting holistic approach, to employees not limiting to CPR, First Aid Basics, Medical Emergencies, Practical Exercises and Scenarios and follow of necessary Precautions.
• Develop and share a First Aid handbook to each participant.
• Train while giving on-site examples.
• Share training evaluation report on the outcome of each location.
• Prepare presentation, other IEC material for training/ capacity building purposes using latest techniques, impactful visuals.
• Share a final report after training in all locations on gaps, and further recommendations to have a learning culture on first aid and trauma within the organization.
• Desired profile of the firm:
• Must have proven experience in delivering such trainings.
• Trainers must be certified.
• Must have capable trainers having expertise on the subject.
• Should be capable of setting training sessions in-person nationwide.

• Signed, sealed & stamped quotation on company/organization letterhead should be sent; handwritten quotes will not be accepted.

• There are in total 10 trainings and will be covered during Year 2024

• Payment will be in 3 stages as below:
• 1^st payment after 3 trainings, 2nd payment after 6 trainings
• Last payment after 10 or completion of all trainings

• Validity of Quote should be till December 2024

• Selection of service provider for purchase of goods/ services will be done at the sole discretion of CIMMYT. This RFP may also be cancelled at any time without any prior notice to service provider (s) at the discretion of CIMMYT’s Management without any liability to CIMMYT whatsoever. E-mail or Telephonic queries with regards to selection process/progress of the procurement will not be entertained.
• The potential vendor/s may be asked to give a presentation of their product/services to the concern person/s at CIMMYT as a part of the evaluation of the proposal submitted.
• The list of documents required are just indicative. Further details could be asked by CIMMYT to examine the proposal in detail.
