JOB PURPOSE
The Inventory in CO Pakistan need to be filtered by removing the unnecessary items available in different offices and warehouses including Sindh PO, where the unnecessary inventory is available at PQ /Maripur/Sukkur/Moro warehouses and Sindh PO Karachi.
The Admin Assistant GEMS will be responsible for entering new items while managing transfers of inventory items in GEMS for Provincial Office Sindh.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
1. Capture all new purchased Items in GEM through POs
2. Track and transfer all items movement for PO sindh
3. Extract Inventory Reports and reconsile Inventory location wise for PO Sindh
4. Initiate any disposals/Donations relating to PO Sindh.
5. Participate in annual Physical count exercise, while assist in reconsilation of GEMs.
6. Provide inputs to routine methods and practices in own area of work, to support the continuous improvement of services provided.
7. Check the provision of a range of services, including facilities and light vehicle management, travel, protocol related, etc., maintaining information, to contribute to the provision of a safe and comfortable working environment.
8. Collate and process information including dissemination to support the production of standard documents and reports for the unit, to enable decision-making and the effective management of resources.
9. Manage and maintain paper and electronic records within the area of responsibility in accordance with established procedures, to ensure swift and easy data access as required.
10. Undertake research and perform basic analyses of data, to contribute to the provision of accurate information and effective management of resources.
11. Be a first point of contact for internal queries, to facilitate the provision of efficient and effective resolution of daily issues
STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:Completion of secondary school education, preferably supported by first level university degree in business administration, commerce, social sciences or any other related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Inventory Management on SAP environment.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: SAP/Oracle based APP Usage & MS Office.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Urdu. Knowledge of local languages highly desired.
