Who are we looking for?

We seek a Customer Success Manager who can support and grow our customer base in strategic markets and help us exceed our business goals. As a CSM, you will play a key role in helping to develop and grow our business. This role will be responsible for executing a first-class onboardin, support and adoption process with new and existing clients. Stays abreast of current competition within assigned accounts and implements strategies to reach team KPIs.

 

This is what we would like you to contribute with:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Impactpool's key customers, including international organizations, NGOs, foundations, and governmental institutions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts, offering proactive support and guidance to address customer needs and ensure their success on the Impactpool platform.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training sessions to help customers effectively navigate and utilize the full range of Impactpool's features and services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to provide valuable insights from customer interactions and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and pain points, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their talent acquisition strategies, diversity initiatives, and overall organizational success.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve any challenges efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns, adoption rates, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal of contracts.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to showcase the value and impact of Impactpool's services, helping customers understand the return on their investment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide customers with relevant insights and guidance.

We believe this is the experience you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, communications, international relations, or similar).
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role within the HR, recruitment, or talent management space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and empathetic approach to customer support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, project management tools, and G Suite.
  • Familiarity with the international development sector and/or talent acquisition processes within the social impact space is highly desirable.
  • Passion for making a positive social impact and a commitment to the values and mission of Impactpool.
